Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Win Mata (ဇလပ်ဝါ) (ဇလပ်ဝါ) customer website at https://winmata2customer.vercel.app (the "Site"), including browsing products, creating an account, placing orders, making payments, and contacting support.
Last updated: May 20, 2026. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://winmata2customer.vercel.app/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. This document reflects how our application operates; it is not legal advice.
Our service
Win Mata (ဇလပ်ဝါ) (ဇလပ်ဝါ) operates a bakery and wholesale business based in Mandalay, Myanmar. Through the Site, registered customers can view products, place orders for delivery, submit manual payment proofs, track order status, and contact support.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Site at any time.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You may register with email and password or sign in with Google.
- You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your profile up to date, including delivery contact details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Email/password accounts may need to verify their email address before full access; we may restrict checkout or other features until verification is complete.
- You must not create accounts for others without permission, impersonate another person, or use the Site if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
Products and pricing
Product listings, images, descriptions, units, and prices are displayed from our catalog and may change without notice. Prices are shown in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) unless stated otherwise.
- Availability and stock status may change; we may limit quantities or refuse orders if products are unavailable.
- Promotions such as buy-X-get-Y offers and verified-customer discount percentages apply only as shown at checkout or in your account at the time of order.
- We try to display accurate information, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel or adjust affected orders.
Orders
When you submit an order through the Site, you offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. An order is not confirmed until we accept it and, where applicable, verify your payment.
- You must provide a valid delivery address and phone number using the Myanmar region, city, and township fields where required.
- You are responsible for reviewing your cart, quantities, units, discounts, and totals before submitting.
- We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, stock shortages, or errors in pricing or product information.
Payment
The Site does not process credit or debit card payments. Payment is made outside the Site using manual methods we publish (such as bank transfer or QR codes shown at checkout).
- You must select a displayed payment method and upload a clear payment proof image when placing an order, unless we instruct otherwise.
- Payments are reviewed by our team; order status may remain pending or under payment review until we confirm receipt.
- Verified customers may be offered installment payment options for eligible orders; installment terms and minimum amounts are shown at checkout and must be followed for remaining balances.
- You agree that payment proofs and transaction details you submit are accurate and relate to your order.
Order status
Orders may progress through statuses such as pending, partial payment, payment review, confirmed, processing, completed, or cancelled, as shown in your order history.
Status updates reflect our internal workflow; timing between statuses is not guaranteed by the Site.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide at checkout within our service area. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by the Site.
You are responsible for ensuring someone can receive the order at the delivery address and phone number provided. Risk of loss or damage may pass to you upon delivery in accordance with applicable law and our operational practices.
Cancellations and refunds
The Site does not provide an automated cancellation or refund process. We may cancel orders that are not paid, cannot be fulfilled, or violate these Terms.
Refund or replacement requests for completed orders should be directed to us promptly using the contact details below. Any refund or credit is at our discretion and subject to review of the order, payment, and product circumstances.
Rewards and discounts
Verified-customer discounts, reward points, and similar benefits shown in your profile are offered at our discretion and may change or end at any time.
Rewards have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise and do not create a binding obligation to maintain any particular program.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Violating applicable laws or regulations.
- Uploading false payment proofs or placing fraudulent orders.
- Harassing staff or other users through support chat or other channels.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
- Interfering with the Site's operation, including excessive automated requests or security testing without permission.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, logos, product images, and software, is owned by Win Mata (ဇလပ်ဝါ) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal use necessary to browse and place orders.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Food and baked products may vary slightly from images or descriptions. You are responsible for storage, handling, and consumption after delivery.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Win Mata (ဇလပ်ဝါ) and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or any order.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or an order will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that order in the twelve months before the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts or forums of competent jurisdiction in Myanmar, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
